Get Used To Walking

Get used to walking while homeless, because this will be your primary method of travel. Always taking public transportation simply isn't a viable method, so walking miles at times will become the norm.

The more you walk, the more your legs get used to walking. The longer you walk, the more your legs adapt to walking long distances.

Make sure to take small breaks along the way, such as sitting at bus stops for a few minutes in between to rest your back and bones. This will strengthen your body and replenish your energy.

Every so often, it is important to find a place where you can lay flat on your back for awhile after walking long distances, in order to keep your spine in alignment. :)

God Bless
