Find Day And Night Spots

Find safe day and night spots that you can go to when you need to rest and regenerate.

Make sure to keep the day spots the day spots, and the night spots the night spots. To keep a healthy balance.

Night hangout spots should always be well lit and close to other people in case something goes wrong.

Likewise, day spots should also always be relatively close to society.

Map Out Your City

Take a little bit of time each day to walk to a different location in the city you are living in to learn where everything is at.

This could take months to do before you become an expert at navigating your city but it's worth every moment when you do. :)

Draw your own maps if it helps you remember.

You can also find maps for your city at some libraries and at some bus stops.

Warm Your Body In The Cold

You must keep your body warm in extremely cold weather at all times. One of the best ways to do this is to walk a long distance when your body begins to shiver. This method works extremely well and almost always results in returning your bodies temperature back to normal as long as you have proper clothing on (hat, gloves, snow pants, etc.)

In extreme cold like with icy rain, snow, or cold wind, running may be quicker and more efficient than walking. Just until your body temperature levels out of course.

Also, running your hands under warm water for a few minutes at a gas station or place with a public bathroom will help bring up your body temperature as well.

To warm your face, drape a shirt or small blanket over it for about 5 mins and take heavy breaths during that time. Your breath will warm your face and then you can remove the shirt or blanket after the 5 minutes is over. :)

You can also warm your hands by putting them inside the blanket over your head and breathing on them as well.
